The website https://lushher.ro belongs to Lush Her Beauty SRL , a company with its registered office in Fetești-Gară, IALOMIȚA, registered in the Trade Register under no. J2024043283002 , with fiscal code 50925224. Our company's main purpose is the online sale of cosmetic products.

FORCE MAJEURE AND FORTUNE FACTS

CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The contract is concluded when the order is placed on the website. If the product cannot be delivered, we will refund the amount paid within 5 business days.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product prices may be updated/changed at any time, and this update/change will replace any previous price.
Your order will be charged the prices at the time of actual order placement. The discount code for the first order can be applied, after subscribing to the newsletter, only to products that do not already benefit from an active promotion on the site.
We cannot guarantee the permanent availability of the products displayed on the site. If a product is not available, we will offer you alternatives or refund the amount paid.
Payment for ordered products can be made as follows: in cash, upon delivery, or online, using a bank card.
For online payment by bank card, the processing of your card data is carried out through the Stripe Inc. platform. We do not store any information related to your card.
In the case of payment by card, the issuing institution is responsible for validating and authorizing the transaction. If the transaction cannot be processed for reasons beyond our control (e.g. insufficient funds, expired card), the contract between us is not concluded and we will not be obliged to deliver the products. You can choose another payment method or try processing the payment again with a valid card.
Shipping or delivery costs are not included in the price of the products, except for certain special offers that will be communicated on the site, if applicable. For detailed information about the delivery policy, please consult the dedicated section on the site.
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays. In certain situations, such as busy holiday periods, Black Friday or promotional campaigns, your order may require up to 5 additional business days to process.
PRICE, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
- Prices are displayed in lei, including VAT. If there are price errors, we will inform you and you can accept the new price or cancel the order.
- Payment can be made online by card or cash on delivery.
- Deliveries are not made on weekends, and processing time may be extended during busy periods.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to GEO 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products. Further details are available in the Return Policy.
PRODUCT REVIEWS
All reviews on this site are real, collected by email invitation from our customers. By placing an order on the site you agree to receive an email invitation to provide a review of the products ordered.
WARRANTY TERMS/INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The products available on this site fully comply with the European norms and requirements in force, including those applicable on the territory of Romania. In addition, they comply with the provisions of Law no. 508/2002, which supplements Law no. 178/2000 on cosmetic products. We guarantee the originality and source of the products sold. lushher.ro does not sell counterfeit products, of uncertain origin or that are not accompanied by certificates of conformity and authenticity.
In accordance with Law No. 449/2003 and Government Decree No. 21/1992 on consumer protection regarding the sale of products and associated guarantees, the following definitions are relevant and applicable to the products available on lushher.ro.
Warranty terms: The commercial warranty represents the seller's commitment to the consumer, at no additional cost, to refund the price paid, repair or replace the purchased product, if it does not meet the conditions specified in the warranty statements or in the advertising materials. Perfumes, cosmetics and skin care products are guaranteed until the expiration date indicated on the packaging.
Users of the site do not have the right to download, modify the site in part or in full, reproduce the site in part and/or in full, copy, distribute, sell or exploit the site in any other manner contrary to the interests of LUSH HER BEAUTY SRL , regardless of whether there is a commercial purpose or not.
Any content (including, but not limited to, databases, graphic elements, trademarks, legal content) is the intellectual property of LUSH HER SRL. The entire site is protected by Law No. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, and for any violation of intellectual property, we reserve the right to notify the competent courts for the full recovery of the damage, as well as to file a criminal complaint with the judicial authorities for the criminal liability of the perpetrator.
The entire content of the site is the intellectual property of Lush Her SRL. Any use contrary to the interests of the company is prohibited.
FINAL CLAUSES
This Agreement is binding. You may not transfer, assign, pledge or otherwise dispose of this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations under it without our prior written consent. We may transfer, assign, pledge, subcontract or otherwise dispose of a Contract or any of our rights or obligations under the Contract.
This Agreement is governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent Romanian courts.
