Delivery and return policy
PRODUCT DELIVERY
The shipping cost is 17 RON for orders with a total value of less than 299 RON. Orders with a value of over 300 RON benefit from free shipping. Please note that the shipping fee does not count towards reaching the free shipping threshold.
The delivery of products is carried out through national courier companies. The approximate duration of parcel deliveries is 24-48H at national level . LUSH HER BEAUTY SRL does not assume possible delays in parcels, but can be contacted to try to resolve these problems with the courier companies.
PRICE, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
- Prices are displayed in lei, including VAT. If there are price errors, we will inform you and you can accept the new price or cancel the order.
- Payment can be made online by card or cash on delivery.
- Deliveries are not made on weekends, and processing time may be extended during busy periods.
RETURN POLICY
Products can be returned under the condition that they are in the same condition in which they were delivered. The customer will bear the cost of return shipping, in the amount of 17 RON, except in cases where the products were received damaged or different from those ordered. In these situations, the company LUSH HER BEAUTY SRL will cover the cost of the return, provided that the customer provides evidence supporting the reason for the return.
If you refuse to receive the package without a valid reason, and the order was paid for by bank card, when processing the refund of the order amount, we will retain the return fee of 15 RON. Also, if a returned product has been tested, unsealed or used, we cannot accept the return and, therefore, cannot refund the amount paid. However, you can opt to take back the product, against a new shipping fee.
To initiate a return request, please send an email to contact@lushher.ro, using the subject RETURN . The message must include the order number, the reason for the return), as well as the information required for reimbursement, namely the full name and IBAN.
Within a maximum of 2 business days, a courier will be sent to collect the package from you. After checking the returned products, the related amount will be refunded within a maximum of 3 business days.
For orders paid by bank card, the refund will be made using the card details that were used to make the original payment. Depending on the reason for the return, the shipping fee may be deducted from the refunded amount. For orders paid in cash on delivery, you will need to provide us with your full name and IBAN in order to make the bank transfer.
According to the legislation on distance selling (OG No. 34/2014, as amended), you have the right to withdraw from the purchased products, without giving a reason, within 14 days of receiving the order. The returned products must be in the original packaging, accompanied by all accessories, intact labels, documents that were included in the delivery and a copy of the purchase invoice. If the order included gifts or samples, these must also be returned.
We do not accept returns for products that show signs of use, physical changes (such as dents, chips, scratches, stains, or shocks) or for personal care products that have been unsealed or tested.
If, upon receiving the package, you notice that the packaging is damaged, but decide to accept the delivery, please film the unsealing of the package. If the products inside are damaged, you can send us an email to contact@lushher.ro , using the subject DAMAGED PRODUCTS , and include the order number, the film of the unsealing of the package, and images of the damaged products.
